United Nations Development Programme identifies two types of poverty- Income Poverty and Human Poverty. In 1997, UNDP presented first multidimensional poverty measure- Human Poverty Index which was different from income poverty. Income poverty means lack of basic necessities and human poverty means lack of opportunity to have a decent standard of living.

Hence, option (C) is correct.
